I don't actually record my piano using a microphone because I disliked the white noise and the sound of the pedals. Instead, I use the MIDI output from my piano, and use a Presonus 26 to process the sound.

I change the low pass filter depending on the mood of the song. No delay and a little reverb. I also use the LABS Soft Piano VST for some songs. It is much softer and fits better for some songs.

I used to produce electronic music a while back. I was really into future bass and trap music, so I used to compose/remix songs in that genre. (Warning: cringe)
